By accessing Drop Pad Plus, uses age too comply with all applicable laws and these terms.
Drop Pad Plus provides a platform where hosts can list short-term stays and travelers can accommodations with optional vehicle access.
Platform Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old

Short-Term Occupany
Reservations made through Drop Pad Plus are a temporary lodging only.
They do not establish - landlord-tenant relationships - residential tenancy - affadavit tenancy rights, or lease agreements.
Drop Pad Plus resides the right to suspend accounts that, violate these policies.
Host Responsibilites
Host must:
