Drop Pad Plus™ is committed to transparency — every host deserves clear expectations and full control over their earnings.

Platform Service Fees:

Property-Only Bookings

6.5% platform service fee deducted from the host payout
(Covers payment processing, platform operations, and host verification)

Property + Vehicle Bundles

13% platform service fee deducted from the host payout
(Includes added verification, listing promotion, and bundle management)

Guest Booking Fee

Guests pay a separate 3% processing fee at checkout
(This fee is not deducted from host earnings)

Third-Party Vehicle Rental Links

Hosts may optionally provide a link to an external car rental platform (e.g., Turo)

A flat processing fee applies:

$7.95 per booking (standard)

$9.99 per booking (premium visibility placement)

Fee is deducted from host payout

Is covered by a valid commercial auto insurance policy

Is registered in the same name or business as the property host

Is properly maintained and road-ready
